Hourly rates, 3-month minimum. No VAT.

Rates below are per hour worked and include wages, tax, social contributions, holiday pay, professional insurance and our margin. We rent out on 3-month minimum contracts, so you get the same faces all season, not a different stand-in every shift.

ROLE 01

Dishwasher & waiter

Kitchen porter, dish station and front-of-house, same rate regardless of station.

ROLE 03

Sous chef

Second in command, runs a station, leads mise en place, sets up service.

ROLE 04

Head chef

Responsible for the kitchen, menu, margins and team. For a full season or longer.

  • Leads a kitchen team of 3–12
  • Menu development & cost control

  • Vocational or culinary school
  • At least 6 years' experience

VAT on the invoice
We are a European supplier. The service is invoiced under reverse-charge VAT per Article 196 of the EU VAT Directive. You account for VAT yourself in your Swedish return, net effect zero.
