We rent out kitchen and front-of-house staff on 3-month minimum contracts, seasonal restaurants, hotels and caterers that need a team they can rely on for weeks and months. As an EU service we invoice with reverse-charge VAT (0 %). Pick a service below to see how it works.

Same faces, the whole season.

For seasonal restaurants, hotels and catering businesses that need staffing for several weeks or months in a row, we assign a fixed team. The same people return, shorter onboarding, higher quality, none of that constant introduction routine.

Perfect for west-coast summer restaurants, November–December Christmas buffets, festivals, wedding venues and new restaurants waiting on their permanent hires.

A fixed team, not stand-ins

2–6 people who come back shift after shift. You get to know them, they get to know the kitchen.

Housing arranged

For assignments outside the big cities we arrange lodging for our staff. You don't have to hunt apartments on Blocket.

SEASON / 03

Language matching

We match language requirements, international chefs in the kitchen with a local head chef, or English-speaking service in the dining room.

SEASON / 04

Discount from month 7

Contracts over 6 months get a lower hourly rate from month 7. Contact us for a quote, priced on volume and period.

SEASON / 05

Replacement guarantee

If someone falls ill or doesn't fit, we replace them within 24 hours at no extra cost, for the rest of the season.

One point of contact

One coordinator follows the whole assignment. You never get dropped into a support queue when something happens at 7pm on a Saturday.

Found someone with us you want to keep permanently? You have a buy-out option: after 320 hours worked the candidate can be hired directly with no recruitment fee. Before that, a transparent buy-out fee applies, stated up front in the contract, no surprises.

Our chefs come from across Europe. Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany. Many first joined via Stafflab for a season and now work permanently in Swedish kitchens. We handle the move, the employment contract and the Swedish Tax Agency paperwork for you.

HIRE / 01

320 hours, then free transfer

After 320 hours worked at the same workplace, the person can be hired without a placement fee. Like a long probation, without the risk.

Relocation help from Poland

Our Gdańsk office handles A1, coordination number, the move and housing. You sign the employment contract.

HIRE / 03

Evening & weekend OB

All OB supplements for evenings, weekends and public holidays included. You see the hourly rate including premium on the quote, no surprises on the invoice.
