STAFFLAB Sp. z o.o. provides recruitment, staffing, and employment support services, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, and facilitation of employment opportunities between candidates and third-party employers.

The website is intended for informational purposes and for communication between candidates, clients, and STAFFLAB Sp. z o.o.

STAFFLAB Sp. z o.o. acts as an intermediary recruitment agency unless otherwise explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.

5. Client responsibilities

Employers and business clients agree to provide accurate job descriptions, lawful employment conditions, and compliance with applicable labor laws.

6. Fees and payments

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, candidates are not required to pay recruitment fees to STAFFLAB Sp. z o.o. Any service fees applicable to clients or employers are governed by separate contractual agreements.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, and design elements, is the property of STAFFLAB Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STAFFLAB Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
